After a day of visiting the beautiful Central Coast and wine tasting or walking on the beach, you will have a restful night's sleep and can relax in the sun on the private garden patio. Family-friendly and pet friendly. We are close to popular beaches, world-renowned wineries, and one of the top schools in California, Cal Poly.
THE SPACE
WELCOME to our home! This charming guest home is in the center of Arroyo Grande and less than a 5-minute drive to the best beaches, shopping, and wineries that California has to offer. This spacious apartment is a great base to explore all the natural beauty on the Central Coast. We accept doggie guest(s) with the understanding that you and your furry loved one will take care of the home like it was your own.
The guest home has a large living space, a separate bedroom, and BRAND NEW SHOWER in the bathroom. It is approximately 650 sq. feet and will accommodate a max of four guests comfortably.
The home has its own separate entrance with parking for one car in the driveway and unlimited street parking. This home is located in a nice, quiet, residential neighborhood so we ask that you be respectful of the area and our neighbors. We have excellent, reliable Wi-Fi that is unshared and solely for your space that you can access.
We are happy to give you information about our area and give you some insider tips if you wish or we can give you complete privacy.
ONE BEDROOM:
There is ONE large bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed with a Tempurpedic mattress. There is a dresser, mirrors, and a reading lamp. We have a really nice Costco Aerobed queen-sized air mattress that can be used in the bedroom or in the living room. It is surprisingly comfortable. We also have a Pack-N-Play available for use for your little ones.
ONE BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a NEW & IMPROVED SHOWER THAT IS MUCH LARGER with good water pressure. There is no bathtub. We do have a blow dryer and a full set of towels for your use.
LIVING AREA:
The living area has a comfy couch, (NOT a pull-out sleeper), a great recliner, and a large TV with lots of channels from the local cable provider.
KITCHEN
We have a full kitchen with all the items you would require to cook your favorite meal, if you so choose. It is a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, coffeemaker with coffee provided, stove, microwave, blender, and wine opener to enjoy any bottles you may have purchased on your adventures.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We are always available by phone or text if you have any questions or need anything; we are more than happy to give you advice about how to enjoy your time on the Central Coast. We can recommend hikes, beaches, and anything you may need. But we also respect your privacy after a long day of travel. We will follow your lead on how much interaction you would like to have with us.

Your children are welcome as guests, please just be aware that this home is not baby proofed. We do have a Pack-N-Play available for your stay.
Yes, our home is PET FRIENDLY! If you are traveling with a well-trained, socialized dog, we d be happy to host them as well. We DO NOT charge extra for your furry loved ones. I would like to know a few details about your dog before booking. (such as size, breed, sex, age), as our insurance does not allow us to rent to breeds they consider dangerous. Just be aware that the patio area does not have a grass area, but you are within a 5-minute walk to an amazing dog park (Elm Street Dog Park) that your dog will be sure to love. There are also many dog-friendly beaches, hikes, and restaurants in our area and we can also direct you to.
For stays over 30 days, we do require a monthly cleaning of $100 per cleaning. We provide the initial toilet paper, paper towels and other necessities. You are responsible for any replenishments necessary.
