One of two homes on this stunning 2-acre waterfront property, the Cottage offers a serene lakeside retreat just 5 miles from Gunstock Mountain Resort. Much more than a traditional “cottage,” this home combines stylish design with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The open-concept kitchen and living area features stainless steel appliances, elegant countertops, a kitchen island/dining table, and large windows that fill the space with natural light and lake views.
The main floor includes a queen bedroom and a ¾ bathroom, offering easy access and comfort for guests of all ages.
Downstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms and a full bath:
Primary bedroom: King-size bed, sitting area, and walkout patio
Guest bedroom: Queen-size bed and twin bunk beds
