Summary: This house is definitely dated, has a LOT of spiders (I mean LOTS), and was not the cleanest. We were later than the check in time, and the cleaning couple was still there, but they were very nice and tried to finish quickly. BUT, the location was excellent since it was a quick walk to the beach. It also had three bedrooms to accommodate me, my elderly parents and my twin teens. It certainly needs some work, and the kitchen has a tiny eating space if you are looking to do more eating in. The owner was sweet when the circuit breaker clicked off (cannot use blow dryers in the bedrooms), but be warned... it is located in the spider lair in the basement. We will probably not return, though it served us okay for the week.
