I have a studio below my house that I rent out. It’s super cute. Has a queen bed and a queen futon. I can also add a single chair that folds into a bed or a queen blow up mattress. One bathroom with shower. No kitchen but mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
Exactly one mile from the pier, one block from the beach.
It’s walking distance to the pier/downtown but just far enough to not be among the chaos.
Parking space available.
We just moved out and the upstairs is now a rental so you may hear the guests upstairs.
No smoking of anything anywhere on the property.
We can finally allow dogs! Must be friendly and get along with other dogs as the upstairs may have one or two. There is a $50 pet fee per pet/per reservation.
