This convenient yet quiet newly remodeled 1 bedroom cottage (650-700 square feet) will make you feel like you're staying in your own view home while you travel for fun or business in the Bellevue/Seattle area. Fully equipped kitchen with all the cookware, tableware and utensils you would ever need to cook. Cottage also has a washer & drier in the unit. Supplied with high quality bed linens (400 thread count cotton) and with plenty of extra towels. And don't forget about entertainment - 2 TV's (both comcast Xfinnity cable connected) with a DVD/ VCR player located in the living room, high-speed internet is ready with Wi-Fi access.

The cottage is located in the exclusive neighborhood of West Bellevue/ Beaux Arts/ Enatai, a wonderful private, secluded neighborhood within the city of Bellevue. It also is located within a one minute walk from the bus line. Free reserved parking with plenty of visitor parking. Less than 3 minute drive to Interstate 90 and Interstate 405... It is the South West Corner of Bellevue next to Lake Washington. There are three waterfront parks nearby. It is next door to Beaux Arts, WA. It feels like you are out in the country yet it is 3 minutes from Bellevue Way, I-90 and I-405. Bellevue Square is a few stoplights away and there are many wonderfulrestaurants nearby. Factoria mall & Mercer Island are less than 5 minutes away.
