This charming beach cottage is surrounded by moss-draped trees, on a quiet cul de sac, a short walk from dog friendly Butler Beach in St Augustine. The location on Anastasia Island is between the ocean and the Matanzas River. You can walk to the beach in about 7 minutes. Boat ramps, a park, and picnic grounds are a block away. There is a large fenced yard and we are dog friendly. There is also room to park up to a 20 ft boat trailer.
One bedroom can be configured with a king bed or 2 twins. The other bedroom has a full bed. After a recent remodel, everything is new, spotless and very beachy. The kitchen is fully outfitted if you want to cook. There is a paver patio and Weber BBQ. Two restaurants, a convenience store, a gym and a hair salon are all a short walk away. Downtown St Augustine with hundreds of restaurants and all the sights is a quick 15 minute drive.
