Positive: Very well planned out. Perfect amenities.

Negative: We arrived after dark in the rain. Missed the driveway a couple of times. Then a tiny bit confused on driveway, houses, horse area etc.. This was mostly because of rain and darkness. I would suggest a solar " address sign" and maybe a basic line drawing of property layout to send to guest with check-in info. During the day - no prob. Just in dark in rain storm. We loved cottage and were impressed with everything! Highly recommended to our family that was in area for sane event

Summary: Loved it! Trying to find excuse to cone again!
