Welcome to The Sugar Magnolia Cottage in Waveland, Mississippi! Our cozy cottage is just a short walk from the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, making it the perfect location for a relaxing beach getaway.
Inside our cottage, you will find a newly remodeled, comfortable and stylishly decorated living area with plenty of seating for everyone to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and the dining area provides the perfect spot for enjoying family meals or game nights.
Our cottage has one large bedroom with a king sized bed, plush tropical bedding, and storage space for your belongings. There is also a queen sized fold out sofa bed with plenty of nice linens and pillows. The bathroom has a shower and is stocked with fluffy towels and basic toiletries.
Outside are beautifully landscaped gardens, a large bbq grill and fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. (These amenities are shared with the main house.)
We are located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, just a short walk from the beach and within easy driving distance of local restaurants, shops, and attractions. We provide beach 2towels for our guests, so you can pack light and enjoy the beach to the fullest. Bring your golf cart or rent one Downtown!
