The Bay Cottage is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ranch-style home, and is a short distance away from Giants Neck Beach, Rocky Neck State Park and Niantic. The living room has a sleeper sofa, making it possible to accommodate 8 people, . Our fast WIFI and spacious dining room is ideal for anyone looking for a change of scenery and need to work from home.
The Bay Cottage has just been updated, and is ideal for family gatherings and relaxing gateways with friends, with comfortable accommodation for 6 to 8 people. The cottage has 3 private bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, and a partially fenced-in backyard.

The neighborhood is quiet and residential, ideal and safe for strolls to Giants Neck Beach. During the peak of Summer, beach parking is reserved for the residents of the Giants Neck Beach community. We have a little cart that can help you bring stuff down to the beach.
The driveway can hold 2 cars comfortably. Guests are also allowed to park their vehicles on the front of the property if they have an additional vehicle.
As this is a self-check-in process, Francois and Ashley will not be meeting you on the property. We will be reachable throughout your stay to answer any questions you may have.
Niantic is a true hidden of the New England coastline and has something to offer for everyone. Go on a shopping spree in Niantic with a multitude of antique and clothing stores or get lost in books from any of Book Barn's store locations. Lots of delicious eateries and restaurants for the foodies. From nature trails, renowned Rocky Neck State Park and beaches, boat launches, all located a short distance away from the Bay Cottage, nature lovers will have a blast discovering the area.
Located in close to Exit 72 of the i-95 Interstate, you'll be able to access the property super easily. Being located in a quiet residential neighborhood, a vehicle is recommended to get to most local attractions and Niantic. You may enjoy quiet strolls through the neighborhood and walk to the private community beach.
As parking is fairly limited on the property, we recommend visiting with up to 3 vehicles maximum.
The Giants Neck Beach is accessible to our guests and is located about 20 mins walk (or 3 mins drive) from the Bay Cottage. You can only access it via foot, as we don't provide any parking passes.
