Bright and sunny Seaside cottage, with ocean views. On a quiet street within walking distance of restaurants, and shopping center. Easy access to highway one to get to all the highly desired destinations of Big Sur, Carmel, Monterey, and Santa Cruz. Aquarium, Monterey Wharf, and Cannery Row within 5 minutes. Parking on property as you can see on pictures. My home features a king sized bed in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room has queen size pull out sofa for extra guests.

Summary: The property is very spacious and comfortable. It is well stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances that are modern and useful. The beds are large and comfortable and there are many extras such as very nice pictures on the walls, a large supply of condiments and plenty of silverware and glassware. The pots and pans are very new and up-to-date. The house is in a residential area, we felt safe and comfortable the whole time. There is ample parking off the street. The host was responsive and treated as very well.
