Sleeps 6/7 with loads of room inside to relax or gather and wooded views. Hiking/walking trails off the backyard with nearby community firepit. Hi-speed WIFI!
Guests have use of washer/dryer, all private trails in The Reserve, fishing poles, outdoor grill and backyard fire pit.

You can park a boat in the driveway
Television console in LR has a false front — second “drawer” down. This is a magnetized front to conceal our sound system. Please don’t pull open or adjust sound system behind as you may lose tv audio
Games and reading material in the blue television console.
Two soft coolers are in the coat closet top shelf. Feel free to borrow - please wash items inside and return for next guest.
Three collapsible stadium chairs are in the coat closet. Please feel free to borrow and replace for the next guest.
A few laundry pods and a dryer sheet are inside the small bag hanging inside the laundry closet.
Grilling tools are in the utensil drawer in kitchen. Hot dog/marshmallow roasting forks are in the drawer under the oven.
Outdoor grill and firepit table propane tanks should have adequate propane, but if not, please exchange tank for a full one at the local Dollar General and send us the receipt. (We will reimburse for one replacement tank per stay.)
The glowing blue light under the deck keeps the bugs away. It does not make any noise - please do not unplug
The walkway to the marina is a little further into the neighborhood on the right hand side. It's about a 5 minute walk to the BlueGill Grill and Marina from there.
We do not currently have a golf cart.
Adorable lake cottage cul-de-sac community which sits next to Tims Ford Lake and Bluegill Grill and Marina. Many fun things to do - boat rentals and great food/atmosphere at the marina and quick drive to tourist spots, such as Jack Daniels Distillery, Dickel Distillery (all within 15 miles) and Tim Ford State Park. Four other state parks within driving distance. Nashville and Chattanooga are each about 1.5 hour drive and can be easily done in a day trip.
Can walk community and to marina. Will need car to travel to nearby Jack Daniels distillery and other popular sites.
Bluegill Grill has live entertainment on weekends! Jack Daniels Distillery and Dickel Distillery a short drive. Tullahoma has many popular restaurants, shopping and charming boutiques - all within 7 miles.
Our community is governed by an HOA. Please be respectful of neighbors, other guests and the community itself. We have an amazing cul-de-sac of beautiful homes which are well-maintained. Please help us to keep it that way.
