Summary: Perfect location to walking to the beach (10 minute walk). Some decline and inclines to handle, but nothing too stressful. A close, quick walk to the General store for a fresh cup of coffee or chai. Full amenities in the kitchen (utensils, pots/pans, toaster, cutting boards, BBQ tools, etc.) Bathroom had shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and lots of linens. No throw blankets, so bring those to snuggle into on the leather couch.
