This Beautiful lakefront home is cozy and comfortable! Located in the heart of wine country on the West side of Seneca Lake with a very short ride to Watkins Glen or Geneva which offers shops, restaurants, state parks, the International race track at Watkins Glen, hiking and biking. You will watch the beautiful sun rise and look over wonderful Seneca Lake from sun up to sun down. The home has a wonderful flat yard next to the lake. Off the wine trail of State Route 14 a private drive leads to cottage with parking and completely lake level. There is a fire pit, gas grill and covered patio. The home also has a washer and dryer. The water does come from the lake so we suggest bringing drinking water. Located less than a 20 minute drive to Watkins Glen or Geneva. Visitor's will find lots to do or you can choose to just relax next to the cool waters of Seneca Lake. Located just off State Route 14 which is the Seneca Lake Wine Trail.
