Summary: Prior to check in the home owner called to inform me that there was an issue with the dock, and they were working hard to get it repaired to be used. It was fixed halfway through our stay. The home owner kept us updated on the arrival of the repair team. The kids loved fishing off of the deck. We utilized the two kayaks that were provided to include who got to use the launcher to land the kayak, and the family enjoyed a full day on the river. The kitchen has all of the amenities needed to cook indoors, to include an oven with an air fryer. The homeowner reached out multiple times to during our stay to check on us. They also answered a late night text (9pm) to assist with locating a plunger (not stored in a normal location). We will be looking for this great home to use in cooler months to enjoy being on the river longer.
