Centrally located on the island, the cottage is a 6 minute walk to Orange avenue for coffee, shopping and dining. The historic Hotel del Coronado is a 10 min walk from your front door.
It features a spacious open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and windows throughout making the space open and airy. Enjoy a feeling of relaxation and comfort in this beautifully decorated American Nautical style.

The other bedroom is spacious with two double beds. The newly renovated full bath is located off the main living space. It includes a bathtub, shower, new double vanity, new fixtures and wonderful details.
Being so close to Coronado Beach comes with potential noise from Naval Air Station Coronado though the patio view can include a personal viewing of the amazing aircraft coming in for a landing. It's your own air show!
To keep things easy and stress-free for your stay, the property has a washer/dryer with weekly cleaning included with the cottage's cleaning fee.
To ensure you have a wonderful guest experience and protect your stay, there are a few items that are helpful to be aware of. Agreement to these terms will be required prior to booking confirmation.
- The minimum age for booking is 25.
- This is a no smoking and no pets property.
- There can be no more than 7 people at the property at any time combined guests & visitors. This is a no party property.
- There is no roof access. ($1,000 fee for breaking.)
- Keys are equipped with air tags in case of lost keys. Air Tags cannot be removed. Doing so is a $200 fee.
- We use a service called Know Your Guest which is a reputable guest screening provider. Before booking starts, you will be asked to verify your details through this service.
- A refundable deposit of $5,000 is required to book the property.
- We are required to comply with Good Neighbor Noise laws in Coronado which vastly lowers noise levels after 10pm.
- Check in is anytime between 4pm and 9pm. Checkout is Noon. Guests are required to strip the beds and remove all trash and food items prior to departing.
