The 2nd floor boasts a comfortable loft area with wall mounted TV, full bathroom with walk-in shower, and a modern classic, shiplapped sleeping area, featuring 2 built-in twin x-long beds, each with a wall lamp and charging outlet. THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Nestled on the north side of Rehoboth Beach between Lake Gerar and Henlopen Acres, this side of town is shaded with spectacular old trees, locally known as “The Pines.” Take a bike ride or stroll on a hot summer day to take in the charming bungalows and the grand beach homes, all shaded by nature. And, you're just off the main drag of Rehoboth Avenue, complete with some of Delaware's best restaurants all just a few blocks away.

LINENS: This rental property will provide mattress protective pads, pillows and bed spreads and/or comforters. Most property owners also have additional blankets and pillows stored in closets that are available for use. Rental guests have the option to bring their own linens (sheets, pillow cases and towels) or rent them. Sunset Rentals will provide contact information for several local linen rental companies in our welcome letter. The welcome letter is emailed out 2 weeks prior to occupancy date.
