THE NEIGHBORHOOD
This idyllic family home is perfectly located near the intersection of Oak Park Blvd. and E. Grand Avenue in Arroyo Grande with quick access to Route 101, Pismo Beach, Oceano and everything 5-cities. This well-situated home is the perfect location for a beach vacation or touring the whole area. Relax in the large living room or hang outside in the patio while enjoying a BBQ, soaking in the spa or sipping wine around the fire pit while the kids play in the game room. It’s the perfect location for a family vacation, 2 or 3 couples or a girl’s weekend away.
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
The luxurious master bedroom en suite features a lush king bed and a 32" TV. This spacious suite has a dedicated work desk and a large walk-in closet. The en suite bath includes a water closet, walk-in shower, an oversized soaking tub and dual vanities. Bedroom two has a queen bed. Bedroom three features a bunk with 2 twin beds and a separate twin bed. Bedroom three also has a kid’s teepee and plenty of games to keep the kids busy for hours. Bedrooms two and three share a 2nd bathroom with a tub/shower combination and single vanity. Got a few more? No problem. They can sleep on the pullout queen sofa in the living room.
LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT
There are plenty of places to hang out and enjoy this spacious and fun family house. First, is the dining area just off the kitchen. The dining table comfortably seats 6 and is just off the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to whip up simple to gourmet meals. The kitchen features all new stainless-steel appliances and all new cookware, dinner service and stemware for 12. There a child’s high chair for the wee ones in the bunch.
There’s a great living room with seating features a large sofa and loveseat with seating for 5 and a side chair for one more. Watch your favorite movies on the 55” SmartTV. The TV is equipped with a 15-channel select Spectrum package and an Apple TV too. Don’t forget your Netflix or Prime account numbers. Sliding glass doors lead to the patio and backyard.
The patio has a dining table and seating for 6 and an umbrella for some shade, a large BBQ, a gas fire pit and a hot tub with seating for 6.
Head to the garage for a fun-filled time in the game room…with a ping pong table and an air hockey table. There you can also find beach towels and beach chairs.
GUEST AMENITIES
We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dishwashing detergent, dishwasher soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens and bath towels. Laundry facilities and detergent are in the laundry area. The kitchen is also stocked with the basics: olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, spices, and condiments.

Between late October and February, experience the magnificent display at the Monarch Butterfly Grove, where you’ll catch the rare sight of thousands of monarch butterflies clustering in eucalyptus trees -- just 1.8 miles from your vacation home.
Venture a bit further for some wine tasting in Edna Valley or north to Paso Robles Wine Country.
PROVISIONS
The closest grocery store to the house is Vons along with Rite Aid, just two blocks from the house. There a Smart and Final also within a mile. Trader Joe's off of Branch Street in Arroyo Grande and a California Fresh market close to the Pismo Beach Premium Outlets.

Nearby on Grand Ave. check out Figueroa Mountain Brewing Company, Rib Line by the Beach, Sushi 805, Divine Thai or Lil'bits Cafe. For finer dining Ember on Grand is a "must taste" experience. Don’t forget to check out Pismo beach for restaurants as well.
