We are on 2 acres of forest between Nevada City and Edwards Crossing. The cottage is standalone, but please note that the it is within close proximity of another house on the property. We are happy to welcome well-behaved leashed dogs as long as they will get along with ours. The house has a small but functional kitchenette with mini-fridge, hot plate, toaster oven, coffee maker and a few basics.
