This home has been recently renovated and includes lovely views of the beach and bird watching. This is a split duplex The master bedroom contains a queen sized bed and is perfect for a couple. The other bedroom contains a bunk bed (with twin mattress on top and full sized on the bottom). The living room includes a couch with a flat screen smart TV. Also, the home comes with WIFI but no phone. The front yard has been raised and offers views of the beach while the back patio includes a picnic table, propane grill, and a shared outdoor shower. PLEASE NOTE: There are floor fans provided, but no AC.
The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood with great year round neighbors as well as other guests. It includes 2 parking spots and access to a private beach, great public beaches, as well as a near by village that is great for running/walking. We personally love a walk through the village or around Lake Elizabeth.
There is so much to do in this part of the cape. Plus, it is in a convenient central location so you can get anywhere on the cape in under an hour. Ferries leave regularly for Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket from Hyannis or Falmouth. The MBTA also offers train service during summer months to Boston.
