Perfectly located, very comfortable, and well setup house that has all the amenities for a relaxing stay. First floor has a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed and fire place. The second floor has a big master bedroom/bath with a queen bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, a second bathroom, and laundry room. There is a large porch connected to the kitchen with a fenced in yard for privacy and security for little ones or for your furry friend. Attached one door garage. Self check-in with keypad.
You can not find a better location in town, close to highway that take you right by the stadium in 8 minutes, 3 minutes walking to Texas Roadhouse bar and grill. You'll be near Wegmans, Walmart, Kohl's, Trader Joe's, TJ Maxx, Panera Bread, Olive Garden, Outback Steakhouse, Cracker barrel, Sheetz and many more.
This is a great location, it's walking distance to many restaurants or very short drive, also very close to many shopping centers but still in a nice and quiet neighborhood.
There is CATA bus for public transportation (the bus stop is on Oakwood ave. V line) , taxi or Uber are available in that area.
There are two security cameras in my house, on in the outside for street view and the other one in the garage for case of firing and emergency.
