Upon arrival, you'll find the home is a few steps down from the road and parking. The main living area is on the main floor, and the three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located downstairs. One bathroom is accessible from the hallway, and the other is an en-suite. The living room features an open concept design, providing ample space for various activities. The spacious deck offers an array of amenities, including an L-shaped couch, a fire pit, a table and chairs, and a hot tub.
Enjoy crisp mountain mornings with coffee on the expansive deck or gather around the propane fire pit in the evening, wrapped in the blankets we provide. To ensure a wonderful stay for everyone, we ask that you observe the following rules:
* Up to 2 dogs are welcome for a non-refundable fee of $50 per dog. Dogs must be crated when left unattended.
* Absolutely no smoking is permitted on the property. A $1000 fine will be assessed if there is evidence of smoking or unapproved pets.
* Check-out is promptly at the agreed-upon time. A late check-out fee of $120 per hour may be charged unless previously arranged.
* Guests are subject to immediate removal without a refund if these rules are violated.
