NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND RENTAL. AND ON PROPERTY
This is a rustic guest house built in the 1930s. It was used back in it's origin as a trophy house for wildlife game. It is newly renovated over the summer of 2022.
The house has an upper loft with a queen size bed, wardrobe closet, a cedar chest with an extra pillow and blankets, a small table and lamp with alarm clock, and an open view of of the bottom level. There is a standard size staircase that takes you up to the loft bedroom. The bathroom is on the main floor down below the loft.
House contains a full kitchen with coffee bar. refrigerator, and electric stove,/oven. THE WASHER / DRYER SET IS FOR LONG TERM GUEST ONLY. It contains a shower, with half bath. (toilet, sink and vanity)
This guest house has a fireplace , but it is NOT functional to use. This guest house has a FUJITSU, Wall mounted, Heater/ Air Conditioner mini split unit located in the main living area of the house. It also contains a small wall heater located inside the bathroom near the shower.
There are no pets allowed, however, we do have one dog Labrador Retriever, and two cats that live on the property.
