We have electric power! Home stayed dry during hurricane milton. Clean and ready! Located on a highly desirable street, the house is perched high above Curry Creek offering spectacular water views from every room. The property includes a boat ramp to avoid the public launch. Three kayaks (two tandems and one single). Two miles from Nokomis Beach and only half a mile from The Legacy Bike Trail. You can do so many fun things, or just have a drink on the dock and watch the manatees. Pet Friendly.

Summary: The pool and the boat dock were fantastic. The location was 5 minutes from Nokomis beach and Venice beach and Publix. It was a great location. The house was nice and quiet and comfortable. The communication was great, the kayaks were fun, the fish light off of the boat dock was relaxing. We really had a wonderful stay there and would love to come back next year! We never had a chance to take the bikes out, but the beach chairs and floaties were an excellent necessity. The check-in/out instructions were simple. 10/10 recommend!
