The Cottage was completely renovated and decorated in 2011 and is the newest rental property in Saint Marys. The cottage is a one-bedroom 'efficiency style' set-up with sleeping, living area, and complete 'full size' kitchen and separate full bath.

This property is a 5 minute or less walk to town center (only one “small town block” to the Saint Marys River waterfront and village shops and restaurants)!
