The Lake House is a 2 bedroom cottage built on piers over the lake, with charming craftsman touches and peaceful views of the woods. The two story cottage accommodates up to 4 people. The cottage was originally built in 1998 by one of Taylor’s own master carpenters and has beautiful wooden beams throughout the vaulted living room and kitchen area as well as the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom with a whirlpool tub and shower. The master bedroom has a door leading to the main deck. The guest bedroom also has its own bath with a shower and a queen bed. The guest bedroom has a separate covered deck overlooking the lake. The kitchen has a heart pine bar top that is great for gatherings. The open vaulted living room has beautiful views overlooking the lake. Complimentary Wifi and Direct TV are provided for guests’ convenience. The kitchen comes completely furnished with cookware and utensils and includes coffee maker and Keurig.
