This lakefront home sits directly on the beach with unobstructed views of Lake Michigan, has a spacious yard facing the lake and walk-on beach access!!
This cottage is perfectly set up for one large family or two families to share. On the main floor you will find a beautiful open floor plan with lake views. This space is literally one big great room consisting of the kitchen, dining and main living areas of the home and an outdoor deck with a big Weber grill. Also on the main level, you will find two bedrooms, each with king beds, along with one full bathroom. The lower level is a walk-out basement, which leads to the large backyard, it has two bedrooms; one with two full beds and the other with two bunk beds (4 twins.) There is also a cozy and comfortable living area downstairs, flat screen TV and another full bath, that is perfect for the kids. Outside you will find comfortable outdoor furnishings, fire pit, outdoor shower, grassy yard, paddle & boogie boards and of course your own private path to the beach. Please note, the indoor fireplace is not listed as an amenity.
Located in the desirable Sheridan Beach Association of Michigan City, Indiana; just two blocks from Long Beach.
