Charming cottage in the Old North End near Colorado College, downtown and Penrose Hospital. Totally renovated cottage that oozes charm and serenity. This one bedroom with double bed (couch) in the living room and private yard is available for a 2 night minimum. The cottage is ideal for 2-4 people. Kitchen and bathroom have shiplap wall coverings and all new appliances. We ask that no smoking is allowed in the cottage - however the courtyard is available for smoking. We also ask that no pets are to be allowed. We stay at a lot of Airbnb's and find that most have uncomfortable beds with poor coffee and linens. The Kismet Cottage has the most comfortable bed you've ever slept on with amazing thread count. The coffeemaker is a Nespresso with pods that we recycle. The towels are plush bath sheets that will scream luxury!

Summary: It’s quaint with a modern flare. Plenty of room to be together and have your own space. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Private backyard a plus. Neighborhood beautiful and quiet. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
