The hot tub is equipped with two pumps. However, we keep one pump turned off to prevent potential issues caused by over-tightening the valve. When the valve is twisted too forcefully, it causes water to escape, rendering the hot tub unusable. Summary: My family and I don't live far away and were having work done to our home. Of course it took much longer than they had expected so I was grateful I was able to extend our stay at least twice. Any issues were dealt with such as a light bulb that wasn't working and the hot tub not heating up. (Note my son was using it and didn't figure it out that it wasn't heating for a few days.) I met both the owner and property manager, and they were both kind and accommodating. We would stay here again any time we need additional work on our own home.
