Balcony attached to upstairs bedrooms with patio furniture and heater; dining and seating areas on back patio with fire table, heaters, and hot tub. Gas and pellet BBQs, hibachi/teppanyaki grill.

You will have use of the entire property including back yard, hot tub, fire pit table and picnic area. Also included are pellet and gas BBQs and a hibachi/teppanyaki grill. Well stocked kitchen with super-automatic espresso maker (plug in milk carafe and push a button - machine does the rest!) Extra refrigerator and freezer in garage for additional storage needs. 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and two living rooms (both living rooms have queen size sofa beds and there is also a queen size cabinet bed in upstairs living room - upstairs master bedroom has another queen sofabed). Laundry room in garage. EV & Tesla charger included.
