Positive: The place was out of this world. The value is so great we thought the price was a typo. Two large bedrooms with king-sized beds, a modern bathroom with storage space and decent pressure in the shower, a modern kitchen with everything we needed to prepare breakfast (including excellent coffee), a large TV - and best of all, a huge backyard with a hot tub. We were warned the cover of the hot tub was fragile and truly, it was a mess. But we managed. After we booked the place, the managers contacted us to say it would be several hundred dollars per day to heat the small swimming pool (more than the rental itself). We didn't do that, but it was a disappointment. Overall, though, the house was fantastic. Oh - and we walked to restaurants every evening, and the entrance to the park was just a few blocks away. Bravo!
