Hickory hardwood floors, tiled baths and private deck w/grill. The property is complete with a firepit, 2 pergolas/swing, sand play court, parking and ACROSS THE STREET FROM PAW PAW LAKE. You can swim, launch your kayak or paddle board nearby!
The Space:
This cottage has A/C, queen size master bed, sleeper sofa, bunk bed, fireplace (just for looks/non-functioning), bedding, cooking utensils, dishes, pot/pans , R/O water, microwave, dishwasher, range. The heat source is a Mini-Split (a/c & heat).
$150 pet fee if bringing any pets. Must be disclosed prior to arrival/booking. Please clean up after your pet, any damage done by pet will be charged accordingly.
Guest Access:
Their entire cottage, the shared grounds, and the beach volleyball court.

R/O water filtered to perfection, Wireless Internet, Smart TV’s, AC/HVAC, Range, Microwave, Dishwasher, Hardwood Floors, Tiled Baths, Vaulted Ceilings, Fireplace (just for looks/non-functioning).
Enjoy the many Lake Michigan Wine & Brewery Tours, Explore the Lake Michigan Shoreline, Cycling, Golf, Fishing Charters, Nature Centers, Farm Fresh Harvests!
We do not provide any equipment but if you need to rent kayaks, paddle boards, etc. please let us know and we will tell you our favorite shop in town!
We may require an ID and/or signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in.
We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.
We only provide the initial supplies for the stay. If more are needed throughout the trip, It will be the guest's responsibility.
We do not have keys or access to our mailbox.

No smoking or vaping (of anything) inside the unit. $500 fine if home smells like smoke
Must check out by 11:00 am or will be charged $50 per 15 min past check out time.
Must book for total number of guests staying/visiting the home. $100 per unauthorized guest/night.
If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.
We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras.
Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you.
