Our home is true country living, but only minutes from historic downtown Palisade and Grand Junction. In the warmer months, enjoy rafting, hiking, or the world class single track mountain biking of the Grand Valley. In the winter, hit Powderhorn ski resort, or the endless miles of snowshoe and snowmobile trails of the Grand Mesa.

Summary: Very comfortable cottage. Clean! Had everything we needed. Short drive to Palisade. AC worked great and it was very HOT outside during our visit. We will be back in December. Thanks!
