Our genuine Santa Fe style Casita is located just minutes from The Broadmoor, downtown Colorado Springs, nearby hiking and paces from a local park featuring hiking, Pickleball, tennis and more.
Situated on a secluded and quiet cul-de-sac with seven other Adobe homes, our Casita offers Mountain Views, a separate entrance and private patio for our guests to enjoy morning coffee, afternoon sun, sunset and stargazing.
Our home is attached to the Casita but it offers complete privacy. In addition to the two large bedrooms, there is a large sitting room and entry hall with comfy couches and a tv with all channels and high speed internet.
A third bedroom which attaches via the terrace with a king bed and bath with tub/shower may also be available upon request at an additional charge.

Summary: A charming little retreat! Perfect for anyone who enjoys sipping tea (or wine) while reading, listening to music, and unwinding. It’s quiet, spotless, and an excellent value.One note for future guests: Vrbo’s listing layout can be a bit misleading. The icon shows three bedrooms with four beds total, but the third bedroom is actually optional and comes at an additional cost. This is a Vrbo display issue, not a host issue. Everything worked out smoothly, and I’d still highly recommend this relaxing getaway.
