This traditional “skinny” home offers a spacious yet cozy atmosphere with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs and a ½-bath and laundry downstairs. Perfect for corporate and/or long term rentals

The lower living level has a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare snacks to gourmet meals. Serve it in the adjacent dining area.

Sit back in the comfortable furnished living area and enjoy the gas fireplace while taking in your favorite show or enjoying a book. The entertainment system includes a 46' flat screen high definition television, and high speed Internet access.

Start your day by having your morning coffee or taking an afternoon break for tea in your own tranquil backyard while visiting with birds and butterflies.

All 3 bedrooms are on the upper level of the home and can sleep 6. Each bed and bath is fully stocked with linens and towels. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and queen size bed. The bath has a single sink with a shower. There is a large walk-in closet for your belongings so make yourself at home.

Summary: I loved staying here! The house was as it was listed, and the owner was very responsive when I had any questions about checking in and maintaining the property. A lot of long-stay necessities were provided. It's like they thought of everything! Very comfortable, clean, and just a great place to work, rest, and feel like a local. Makes you really want to move to Portland. Thank you so much!
