French doors open to your beachy studio, with an ultra-comfortable, queen bed (Westin Hotel's ''Heavenly Bed''), a newly renovated, sleek bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. There is also an efficiency kitchen with a bar, small fridge, microwave, Keurig machine, blender, and toaster. The seating area is perfect for dining, working, or playing games- the ultimate work-from-home space!
This 300 sq. ft. private, gated cottage with a private outdoor oasis is located on the grounds of a private larger beach house located in an upscale North Pacific Beach neighborhood bordering La Jolla. This location is ideal as it will be super easy to enjoy the delights and attractions of both famous beach communities.
Additional amenities include WiFi, Bluetooth music, smart TV (no cable), off-street parking, a gas grill, and a separate air-conditioning system with your own controls that works great, is quiet, and is all self-contained in your studio beach cottage.
Close to all sorts of water activities, guests will also enjoy access to beach gear as well as a shared selection of beach cruiser bicycles and surfboards for making the most of this coastal wonderland.

Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog.
