Walk or drive down to a local taco shop for yummy food, or stop by the market to pick up a few things to make a great meal in the fully equipped kitchen! You will love our area with great wildlife (birds, wild turkeys, sea otters and seals), mom and pop’s restaurants and shops. Morro Bay has a small theater, paddle boarding, kayaking and great surfing!
The driveway is steep and guests should park on the street. The unit is also located down approximately 15 stairs. It is NOT wheelchair accessible, nor would it be comfortable for someone who has limited mobility. It’s an awesome little place located in a quiet neighborhood with great ocean views at an affordable price.

Summary: This rental was affordable. It had what I needed for my weeks stay. The kitchen was especially nice. While the unit had been cleaned, the outside space was neglected.There was a distinct odor of cats in the bedroom and outdoor space. I’m a little extra sensitive to smells. I appreciate that Janice was right on it when the internet was down and also bringing a tank so I could use the bbq. A few suggestions would be a light for the steps down to the entry. Glad I could use my phone as a flashlight. Also a light over the sink for washing dishes, or batteries replaced in the stick-on light. the rug in the outdoor space could be a source of odor. I hope to stay with Janice again, in the upstairs unit next time.
