Please Note: 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, the kitchen, dining and living spaces are heated with an wall mounted heating/cooling unit. There is also a gas fireplace in the living space. The third bedroom/sunroom and second bath are not heated. Different parts of the wrap around deck get sunlight through the day. Summary: Had a very nice and relaxing time. Loved the house and I must say as many times that we have been to the mountains that this is the very first time that we have both said to the other that the bed was very comfortable and neither of us had any back problems when we woke up. I have had 3 back surgeries that ach daily but this time I had no discomfort at all, and that is saying another. I also would like to apologize to the Powell's for my husband cracking the coffee pot. He had to learn the hard way that a hot glass pot does not like cold water because it cracked the pot but we did replace your coffee pot due to it being our fault that it was cracked. So, all in all we had a wonderful and relaxing time. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your cottage. Billy and Paula
