The main floor of this cottage holds the updated kitchen and dining space, a full bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a twin bed, and a fantastic living room (with pullout sofa) which spills out to the deck. Take advantage of the desk tucked in the corner of the living room if your are working or learning from home. Up the turning staircase lined with beautiful knotty pine you will find another full bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms (one with a queen and a twin bed the other with a king and a twin). There are mini splits thought the house for your comfort. The yard offers a sprawling grass space encompassed by beautiful hand selected plantings. The adjacent deck creates a comfortable and relaxing dining space or sit amongst the flowers and get lost in the sound of the trickling water from the pond. There is driveway parking for 3 cars.
