Enjoy a week at our 2 bedroom cottage located just two miles from the Bourne Bridge in scenic Buzzards Bay Massachusetts. Please bring your own sheets and towels as they are not provided, Thank you! It’s conveniently located near route 6 and 28 close to all necessary shopping and restaurants. You will also be very close to Cape Cod to enjoy day trips to all the tourist attractions on the Cape and the Islands and Historic Plymouth area. We have a private association beach only a short two minute walk away. Perfect for children with its salt water tidal flow. Beachcomb, play, swim or just lounge on long summer days. When relaxing at home you’ll enjoy room to sleep 4. There’s also WiFi in the 900 sq ft cottage and a gas stove. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other a full. The couch also pulls out to sleep two. Outside you will find a spacious deck, as well as a patio with a gazebo. The propane grill is available for use so feel free to grill your favorite meal. But the highlight is a rustic fire pit for you to enjoy summer nights by the camp fire. Ample seasoned wood provided.
Parking is available for up to 3 cars. There are also outdoor power outlets.
You will also enjoy the hidden gem of the village of Onset only 2 miles away. There is a public beach with no waves and many little restaurants overlooking Onset Bay. A boat tour of the Cape Cod Canal leaves from the dock everyday. This is also where you will find Marc Anthony's Pizza where we highly recommend delivery from.
Bring your bicycles as the famous Cape Cod Canal scenic bicycle path is one mile from the house at the Buzzards Bay Railroad bridge. It is 7 miles of flat paved terrain. There are also many miles of bike paths on the Cape.
This area is also world famous for it's salt water fishing either on the canal or from Onset pier.
It is important to note all the essentials within short walking distance. A mini golf and large gift shop, two great local breakfast places, liquor and beer store, the Famous Lindsey's restaurant, upscale coffee shop, Macos bait and tackle and a live lobster store.
