This dreamy 968 sf (Adult Only) Cottage sits on a wooded 6 ac lot in Monument, just minutes north of Colorado Springs. We require a min. stay of 3 nights please. This is for Adults and children over 12 years old only. No Pets.This Builder/Designer team added a mix of Southern Charm and contemporary Colorado to create the Cottage. Be captivated by the 14 ft ceilings, light and bright design, cozy fireplace & custom luxury details. Fully stocked with wonderful products. CLOSE to 3 wedding venues and The Air Force Academy! (Hearth House, Pinecrest and Spruce Mountain Ranch.)
If you have ever dreamed of staying in a Cottage in the woods, here is your chance! Makes a perfect getaway or staycation for locals! Enjoy drinking coffee and soaking in the scenery on a private front porch watching the wildlife go by. Packed with high end features like stone countertops, tumbled brick walls, open rafters, barn door, wood flooring, antique vanity, shiplap, window lined living room!
The kitchenette is full size and well stocked with 1 burner electric burner and pans, convection countertop toaster oven, crockpot, electric frying pan, microwave, blender, Quick Pot, & Mr Coffee maker. (There is no full size range or oven.)
Bath includes double sinks and 5 foot tub/shower combo. Half bath features 75 year old antique restored custom painted vanity. We offer turkish towels and the famous "Comphy" sheets used in high end Boutique Hotels and Spas.
The Cottage is private and secure. It is only connected to the main house through a Breezeway but is entered by a private front door. There are 2 steps to enter and electronic lock on door so no keys needed. You will be assigned a parking spot.
There is no shared space within the Cottage. Host home is on site with other Airbnb's on the 6 acs.

Summary: Tammy and James have set up an awesome little spot. Particularly enjoyed the outside area for grilling and relaxing, and the cottage was pristine and beautiful inside as well.
