About this space
Built in 1835, this historical home on the West End is just steps from the best eateries, arts, and shopping the city has to offer. When you arrive, park your car in your private spot behind the house and forget about it for a while. This cozy second-floor apartment is the perfect place for a getaway!
The space
-There is not a full kitchen in this studio apartment. I have instead assembled a small kitchenette area. (See photos.) There you will have a microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, small fridge, and water dispenser. The kitchenette area has been stocked with glasses, coffee cups, plates, bowls & cutlery, etc. Coffee, tea, and honey will be provided.
-In the summertime, you have your own rooftop garden and sitting area. There are little steps leading out to it through the large window. If you have any mobility issues, it may be a bit of a challenge, so please enjoy it at your discretion!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming and spacious studio space with high ceilings and a wonderful outdoor patio. The location of the building is excellent with convenient walking distance to all local attractions. The assigned parking space was a very nice bonus and Jennifer was a great, courteous host. An enthusiastic recommendation!
