Surrounded by tropical landscaping with gorgeous palms and seasonal red geraniums, one side of the pool features a large patio with relaxing sun lounge chairs. The other has a cozy seating area and dining table for eight. Fall 2025 included new upgrades of the kitchen, fresh paint, and an electric fireplace for those chilly nights. Relax here or take a short three-minute walk to sink your toes in the sand leading to the Atlantic Ocean.
Delight in the bright and airy screened porch overlooking the pool. Head through the double sliding glass doors to be wowed by the home’s architectural details, including vaulted 12-foot ceilings, heart pine floors, and plenty of natural light streaming through the wall of glass overlooking the pool and screened porch. The custom dining table seats 10 comfortably. The home includes off-street parking for two cars, with additional parking available on street with the provided parking passes.
