CHECK IN/OUT
Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Keys will be picked up from the 24 hour kiosk set up outside of our office; Century 21 Gilmartin & Company.
We can NOT offer late departures or early check-ins. We need to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
Maximum capacity of 6 people. 2 bedrooms. master bed with king bed and private. Second bedroom has two single bed with full bath in the hall. There is a murphy style queen size bed in family room.

ENTERTAINMENT
There is a large television in the family room streaming capability. High speed internet. There are also smart tvs in both master bedrooms. Log into your paid services and don't forget to log out when you leave!

BEACH
There is a public beach areas nearby that requires tags. This rental does not provide beach tags. Additional Daily/weekly tags can be purchased with cash at any of the beach entrances.

COMMUNICATION
Once your lease is signed, a dedicated rental agent will reach out to you through the email you provide. Any further questions , not covered in this listing should be addressed directly with your rental agent as they will be able to answer you regarding the specifics of your property and lease agreement.
