The cottage was recently renovated to provide a cozy environment, perfect for family mini vacations. The cottage is sitting by Sleepy Hollow Lake, offering a peaceful experience but plenty of adventure, from fishing to kayaking/boating.
Bluegill Cottage offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, equipped with a king, a queen and 2 twin beds. Although small, there is plenty of wiggle room in this lakeside cottage. The place offers a big screened porch with gathering area, a big backyard with BBQ kettle grill, campfire area, and private docks by the water. Pedal boats and kayaks are available on site (no extra fees). The place also offers a full kitchen with essential supplies, bakeware, utensils and equipment. Summary: Bluegill Cottage was amazing. We went here for a quiet relaxing weekend and that is just what we got. From s'mores around the fire to jumping into the lake. Lots of great memories were made here. And the lake house was the perfect size for our group of six. Tuan was also an amazing host! It was taking a little longer than usual to cool off the house and since he couldn't get anyone to come check the air conditioner that day, he did not hesitate to come over & make sure it was running properly. We will definitely be going back!
