This quiet one bedroom, one bath home has a furnished sunroom with views of the lake. You have access to the large garage. This is the perfect lake gateway for a couple or small family!
The living room is furnished with a queen sized sleeper sofa and 2 small chairs that can also be used at the dining table. There is a 55" flat screen roku tv that can be moved on a wall mount. The dining table has 4 chairs, but a leaf can be added to the table to make more room.
There is a sunroom off of the living room with comfortable new patio furniture and views of the main channel of Lake Hamilton. it is a great place to relax or read.
The bedroom has a king size bed with a ceiling fan and a 45" flat screen roku tv. The bathroom has a stand up shower. The washer and dryer are also located in the bathroom.
Our large garage is available for you to park your car in or store extra accessories safely. We provide a garage door opener for your convenience. We also provide a large gas grill for you to use.
Enjoy darts in the garage, cornhole in the yard or giant jenga in the sunroom!
There are small charcoal grills in the shared water front gated community park along with picnic tables and benches. A code will be provided for free access.
