The kitchen is fully stocked. We supply stainless steel pots and pans, chef's knives, smart oven, stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, coffee maker, microwave and all the "tchotchkes" you need!

"Old Florida" neighborhood that is 2 blocks from the most beautiful quiet, non commercial beach. 5-10 minute walk to restaurants and shops. Health food stores nearby. Friendly neighbors, perfect walkability and excellent for water sports whether on the Bay or the ocean.
The beach is a quick 2 minute walk in the most sought out neighborhood of Florida, North Beach Clearwater. This section of the beach allows dogs! The inter-coastal is just across the street. We supply two beginner surfboards, kayak, and two Stand Up Paddleboard for your use. In addition, two hybrid bikes are provided. Grill for outdoor cooking. central heat and AC. Ceiling fans in every room. Recycling and compost. Gardener to take care of lawn. Fire-pit for outdoor use. Beach chairs and cabanas and umbrellas are provided.
