This property is a 650 sq. foot cozy cottage on Ipswich Bay with unbeatable views facing west, making for beautiful sunsets over the bay. Perfect for a couple or small family, there is a king bedroom, and a twin bedroom. There is a large deck overlooking the bay with an outdoor shower with amazing views, and a back patio with a Weber grill and a hammock, also great views. The cottage is an easy 5 minute walk to a neighborhood beach nearby.. Please be aware that this is an old cottage. It is not wheelchair accessible, and has different levels within the house. Also please be aware that this is a private home owned by my elderly mother who uses the property regularly. She is extremely allergic to animals, where reactions are extreme and debilitating at her age. Please understand the house is not suitable for a service or emotional support animal. Thanks for your understanding.
