This private oasis offers breathtaking views of the lake and sunsets with an expansive sandy beach situated 500 feet from the cottage, offering a gradual entry into the water. The screened house close to the shore provides a serene place to relax and unwind. For added convenience, a shed outside the main house houses a washer and dryer. The sprawling lawn is perfect for outdoor activities, and numerous shade trees provide relief from the sun's heat. The dock on the left side of the property is ideal for boats up to 24 feet long, providing access to over 40 miles of boatable waterway on Brandy Pond, Long Lake, and Sebago Lake via the Songo River.
