It is also a 20 minute drive to USM which makes the perfect place to spend a weekend right outside of the heart of Downtown Hattiesburg.

Anna Kay`s Lake Chalet House Rules & Regulations:
-Must be 25 years of age or older to book and stay
-No more than 2 guests allowed without written/typed consent from the host
-We love hosting guests with their furry companions. A one-time $89 pet fee per pet applies and helps cover additional cleaning, including pet hair removal, to keep the home clean and comfortable for all guests.
-We kindly ask that pets stay off all furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. This helps us maintain a clean and comfortable space for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
-Excessive noise & loud music are not permitted - It is a quiet neighborhood…
Absolutely NO parties of any kind during your stay.
-Absolutely NO smoking of any kind. $500 fine.
-Do Not use Candles and burning of incense are not permitted due to fire hazard – Fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink for emergency purposes only.
