Summary: I am a frequent business traveler. Nice hotel but a little odd. No telephones in the room to communicate with office staff. After 9pm office was closed and I tried calling from my cell and no response after 30 rings. I had to go outside to an outside lobby call button outside the locked office to get assistance. Not safe for a female needing help..What if there was some sort of emergency? Lucky I am a male looking to refill my kleenex box and get extra soap
